The only concern I have is the length of time it took them to repair the car
Otherwise the staff were very helpful and friendly and kept me informed of why their was a delay which turned out to be a parts issue

The part we needed was slow in arriving but figure this is Brexit or pandemic. Fix Auto Durham were brilliant at keeping us updated. This is the first time for a big bang. I was kept informed of their progress. The receptionist was always helpful and cheerful. My car was delivered spic and span and on their completion date. My Mercedes looks new gain. i will always recommend them, their staff made me feel less stressed in this unfortunate situation.

Insurance company referred after local accident. I took car down for estimate. The estimator took many photos and said he would ring me with price following day. This he did and explained what parts were required. Body Panels had to be ordered from Ford, but once the parts were available, they let me know and booked me in. Arranged for courtesy car which was excellent. Had car for 2 days and what a fantastic job they did. Highly polished the entire car including my alloys despite the damage only being the rear, which wasn't expecting. All the staff I dealt with were very professional and pleasant. Can't praise them enough. Would highly recommend their services. I will be using them again without question.
