I appreciate all contact by WhatsApp - at least everything in black white. Bit perturbed when text said excess and also VAT element of the job payable etc. had to clarify this. Taking pictures not my forte but guess saves some time although car not collected until after a week had elapsed. Happy with work carried out.

Quick service
The car was picked up and I was left with a courtesy car, it was a quick and efficient service. The male that collected my car was very friendly and helpful. My car was returned looking fabulous again.

I recently took my car to Fix Auto for body repairs and was genuinely impressed by the thoroughness of their work. Not only did they fix the damaged parts, but they also carried out a series of diagnostics that uncovered issues I hadn’t even noticed. Just had my car back from passenger door being repaired ( and it was bad) and what an amazing job they have done it’s like it’s never been damaged. Service has been amazing from time of booking it in to being dropped back to me. I would highly recommend any repair work needing wether small or large job. Car also came back washed & cleaned very happy 😊
