Happy with service overall and repair…
Happy with service overall and repair looks very good but would have appreciated some proactive progress reports so that we knew when to expect return of the vehicle rather than the total radio silence until the day that the car was ready for return. Also courtesy car had engine management warning light on for the whole of the time that it was with us which was a bit concerning even though it performed perfectly well

We apologise for the lack of updates as this is not the norm and we shall look at our procedures to improve this. With regard to the EML, we are aware of these and you should have been assured that it would not affect the running of the car as it is related to sensors and is a known warranty issue.

Superb service. The guidance and review for estimate was easy. Work was scheduled in as quickly as they could and picked up my car for ease.

COMPENSATION REQUIRED
Took longer than they said it should, said 5-7 days, took 15 days, of which I didn't have a courtesy car for a good 10 days even though I should have. They also said it would cost to get a courtesy car, just to save time, effort and they said they had no staff. They did not keep in contact to advise of repair time. They have had other bad reviews. I want something done about this. Also car had smell of smoke and I don't smoke, when we got car back that is.

We apologise that the service did not meet your standards. Unfortunately, yes, there were delays. We aim to repair vehicles within 5 to 7 days, however in this instance we did experience delays due to staff sickness hence why the repair took longer. We are aware that we could have sent more updates so we apologise.
We don’t charge for courtesy cars, but you did originally decline the use of a courtesy car.
We have a strict no smoking policy in the vehicles so we unable to source the cause of this.

Our car was collected exactly as stated and a courtesy car provided. Communication was excellent as was the quality of the work. Our car was returned in perfect condition and was valeted throughout.

VW Golf
Had my 2919 VW Golf (high end) damaged as a result of a minor collision. The repair is excellent over all but should they have glued back the number plate instead of ugly screws to my regret. Therefore, be very clear with those finishing touches. Other than that a very good company.
