After such a rubbish week with my car being stolen and written off, the branch in Hoddesdon really did their best to help me out. The communication and empathy from the staff meant alot. The car was delivered promptly in time for the bank holiday weekend by Ian who was really friendly and helpful.

Very good company. Explained everything and arranged a date to come and collect my car. Took about a week and the car was finished. Car looked fantastic after and they even valeted it!

Really lovely people that make everything as stress free as possible. They do an incredible job and do their best to get the work done in the time frame stated.

My car was taken to the Hoddesdon garage through insurance and they returned my car without completely fixing it. Their communication and customer service is so disgustingly appalling it's embarrassing. Caused me so much unnecessary hassle, stress and frustion they aren't even worth 1 star. My car was driven despite me specifically asking for it NOT be, and was in disbelief at the £20 fuel which was contributed (despite 3 minimum 20mile journeys). They have NOT returned my last phone call or willing to give any explanation/ contact to me.

First time I’ve dealt with Fix Auto and it has been brilliant from start to finish. Excellent communication from Rob all the way through the process and Mark and Ian who took my car away and brought it back were very friendly and helpful. A seamless process from my side so well done to all the team!

My Ecosport was in for an insurance repair. From initial call, vehicle collection and return, the whole process was seamless. The staff were polite and professional and the repair carried out to a high standard. I was particularly impressed with their online web Repair Tracker section, which kept me informed of the ongoing progress of my car. The car was returned spotless. Overall I was extremely happy with the whole operation. Thoroughly delighted. Many thanks to the whole team.

From start to finish they kept me informed and when I got my car back it was spotless and the repair was simply superb and I could not be happier. Shame I had to send the hire car back as this was amazing lol. Will defo recommend this company and if needed will use again

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Had an issue from a car hire company, and these guys managed to secure a curtesy car so I could still be mobile and get my car fixed .
