Fix Auto Leeds North did a lovely job and left my car clean and without problems. It took longer than expected and they could have kept me better informed, but otherwise communicated and performed really well.

After my car was stolen and recovered in terrible condition, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The team went above and beyond to repair everything — they kept me updated throughout, explained what needed to be done, and treated my car as if it were their own.

Excellent service. Communication was efficient, clear and friendly with clear information provided about the repair and the timescale. A taxi was sent to collect me in order to pick up a courtesy car. They made the whole process much less stressful.

My car had to go to Fix Auto because someone crashed into me (insurance Job). Joe was the one dealing with the repair and was my point of contact. Safe to say Joe was brilliant, responded quickly to emails I sent him with updates about the repair. The repair itself is fantastic and the car looks brand new again. From collection of my car, the repair took around 2 weeks. Joe also fully valeted my car which again he did a fantastic job with. I would highly recommend Fix Auto

Took my car in for a door repair. Outside was pretty badly dented and scratched, they fixed it quickly and did such a good job you wouldn’t even know my car had been damaged in that spot.

The garage did an excellent job with the actual repairs on our car and from that point of view we cannot fault them. However, they had our car for approximately 5 weeks in total and we had to often chase them for an update on the progress of the repairs which was not ideal, that tied in with the fact that there were no courtesy cars available for the first two weeks of them having our car made it quite disappointing and frustrating. I appreciate that some factors are out of the control of the staff at the garage but communication from them at times could have been better.

Helpful communication about the plan for my car repair and the process in regard to insurance and courtesy car. This was maintained throughout in a professional but friendly manner that gave me assurance about the work underway. An extra star for Darren Phillips who was my direct link, informative, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate.
Car repair was great; looks like new and a valet to top it off. Excellent repair, excellent service.
