Outstanding service
Outstanding service, gave me details of what was wrong with my car and explained how it happened. Kept me up-to-date as it was a long and difficult repair. Would have cost me a lot more going somewhere else.
All the staff are great, especially Sam who went above and beyond.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fix Auto Lichfield - excellent
Fix Auto Lichfield were quick to contact me on behalf of my insurers. They had the car in within days and were flexible with the dropping off time.
Enterprise hire cars are next door, very convenient. The car was ready promptly and the job seems to be excellent. Polite staff all round.

Fix auto are magicians all the damage disappeared
Fix Auto Lichfield are magicians all the damage to my car disappeared its like it never happened they are a preferred repairer through my insurance company. The customer service was excellent from delivery of the courtesy car to my door, commucation over the phone, to picking up my car at my request at the garage to enable me to look over my car, to add my car was cleaned inside and out top top top place cant recommend enough well done all!!

Good communication and customer service
Everyone who I spoke to at Fix Auto was helpful and efficient. The repair needed took several weeks and I had to contact them a few times with queries, however it was always easy to get hold of someone who was able to respond to my calls with relevant information. There was a slight delay in completing the repairs due to a misunderstanding but the reason for the delay was explained to me and I received an apology instead of excuses, which I appreciated.
