Hi 👋, I just want to share with you my experience at Fix Auto LIVERPOOL
The repair of the car lasted a month due to the parts being delivered late but when I saw the car again after a month and saw that it looked just like new when I bought it I was simply amazed at how well they worked and absolutely everything was new and they even replaced everything that was damaged with OEM parts. They showed professionalism, respect for customers, promptness, they kept me informed of the car's situation by phone, text and email, I don't usually leave feedback but they really deserve it, I have pictures before and after and looks the same like new. Thank Daniel which was very helpful and respectfully and take the time to explain and so on👍💯💯

Excellent customer service
After a no fault accident, my car was repaired by Fix Auto Liverpool South. Everyone was polite and helpful. The job was completed on time and I was kept informed throughout. Unfortunately there was a minor problem which I was only able to bring to their attention some weeks after my car had been returned. Notwithstanding, this was taken seriously by the manager, Paul, who arranged for it to be sorted at my earliest opportunity. Everything was resolved without fuss. Great customer care.

brilliant job
Communication was fantastic. They collected the car from the car hire company. It was bank holiday weekend but we received the car back within five days. Delighted with the repairs, car was returned cleaned inside and out.

From start to finish the process was seamless. Big shout out to Alex Lewis for top tier service. Also thank you to Mikey, callum and Alison.
The work itself is phenomenal, can't even recognise where the initial damage on the vehicle. Timing was also 10 out of 10, never thought I'd have the vehicle back so fast
