Phil from Fix Auto in Northwich turned a very negative experience (being crashed into) into an extremely positive one! I can’t thank him enough. His customer service skills are impeccable and he kept me updated throughout the whole repairs process. He put me at ease through my very first hire car experience, and told me exactly what to expect. Nothing was too much trouble. My car is back looking better than new! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
My car went into Fix auto after an accident, and spent 8 weeks with them!
I did not have to lift a finger from start to finish. Liaising with enterprise and constant commutation made the stressful situation, completely stress free.
I was kept up to date every step of the way and reassured after delays due to parts not being available. Communication was exceptional and Steve and Phil both made the process very easy and stress free. I would recommend this garage 10 times over.

It’s difficult to put into words, but they were extremely helpful and obliging and couldn’t do enough to assist with the repairs on my car whilst also liaising with the hire car company. Phil was my contact throughout and took care of everything despite an unexpected stay in hospital.

A great experience
They were incredibly quick with the repairs and kept me updated the whole way throughout it and finished ahead of schedule. The team, especially Steve that I dealt with, are very patient and answered any questions I had.

Incredible experience
Wow is all I can say.My experience dealing with Fix Auto UK has been incredible. The communication from day one to collecting my car has been brilliant. I have been kept up to speed every step of the way.Today I returned my hire car and Steve arrived with my shiny car. It was absolutely immaculate and looked like it had just been driven off the production line. I cannot fault a single thing in the whole experience of dealing with this company. I would highly recommend them.
