The work was carried out very satisfactorily. The staff were pleasant and helpful and changed the courtesy car whether was a problem with the first one.
It would have been useful to have had a handbook for the courtesy car, which was a strange model to me.

Exceptional Customer care and communications from Fix Auto. I was updated at every stage of the repair by text and phone. My vehicle was collected quickly and replaced by a spotlessly clean courtesy car. The repair was excellent and my car was returned to me expertly valeted. Above and Beyond
Great customer service, frequent communication to organise repair of our car. A great job replacing our bumper and matching paint colour. Our car was even valeted whilst being fixed. Definitely above and beyond what was expected. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair for body damage.

Insurance repairs organised by other party's insurance. Fix Auto contacted me quickly, arranged collection and couertesy car within a few days. Regular texts and calls as it moved through the repair process. I'm not qualified to judge the quality of the repairs but it looks great to me. And the car was washed and interior vacuumed. No idea how much it cost! Thumbs up to Ageas insurance too.

Proper Job
The communication was excellent, the collection and delivery of the courtesy car was good and on time (If I am picky, the car was a little awkward for me as it was quite a small car and I am 6 ft tall).
The repair work appears, to my untrained eye, to be excellent, and it comes with a car lifetime guarantee.
All in all an excellent job.

Very Professional
Took my car for repair leaving me with a courtesy vehicle which was brand new. They kept me updated as to progress of the repair. My vehicle was returned to me but with a slight problem. They took the vehicle back in order to resolve the issue and next day emailed photos of the car. The vehicle was returned promptly the next day with the issue fixed. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Car cleaning
The collection and drop of of my vehicle was done by friendly efficient staff. I feel the repairs took very long and my car was returned with marks on the paintwork. It looked as though a cat had walked over the bonnet windshield and roof.

As per the conversation you had with my colleague the repair was larger than initially thought the panels were replaced instead of repaired which caused a delay in the repair time, the marks we discovered were from leaves which you appreciated happens this time of year because you were away & we could not deliver the vehicle to you until you were back.
