First class service from start to finish. After being involved in an accident which wasn’t our fault and the other person driving off before being able to get their details, we can’t thank Fix Auto enough for their professionalism, reliability and speed in getting our car fixed. They even valeted the car and is driving like new.

Had really great customer service from…
Had really great customer service from these guys. From dealing with Mark and Chris at the workshop to Steve, who picked my car up and dropped it off when it needed to go to the workshop. Steve was really friendly, explained everything to
me and went out of his way to collect the car out of hours too. A level of personal service really makes a difference, thank you.

Wonderful service!
Wonderful service! Swift and efficient contact, regularly kept up to date with repair progress. Lovely friendly staff, from the reception team, through to Steve who picked up & dropped my car back to me, so I’m a very happy customer as they made the painful process of getting my car repaired, very smooth indeed!

First Class Service
Not first time I am using Fix Auto Mitcham, but the third. On each occasion the service has been exceptional. The staff are very professional and very friendly - Chris, Tony, Mark but to mention a few. As always they made me feel like a valued customer. They took my damaged car which had her front bumper almost swiped off and returned her to me looking brand spangling new. I really can’t fault them. I am not surprised they are so busy. An honest and reliable service which I would have no qualms recommending to my friends and family. Again, thank you guys - the car looks grrrEAT!!! 🤟🏾🫶🏾🤛🏾!!!

An excellent and speedy repair job. Highly recommend.
Fix Auto in Mitcham did an absolutely excellent job of repairing our car after a third party drove into our vehicle in a car park.
Thankfully it was all covered by our insurance so we didn’t pay and I can’t comment on their value for money, but the service we received was quick, professional and very easy.
Once we made the claim they contacted us straight away, and booked our car in for repair within a week. They supplied us with a courtesy car that worked well. They arranged pick up and delivery to our home address. Our car was returned to us less than a week later with an excellent repair job and no sign of any damage at all!
Very impressed and would highly recommend.
