Really easy to deal with. They called advising will be with me by a certain time and they were here. I didn’t have to leave my house.
A little bit of overspray on wheel arch liner but was easily removed.

Overall it was good but they took too long work that … that’s the only thing that pissed me off…

Would have just liked some communication at the start on time frame as was shocked when I received a call for it to be returned just after a week! Can’t complain though.

Absolutely awful experience from this garage and other reviews speak for themselves. My car went in for repair and came back with some interior damage to the face of the clock and scratches along the passenger side door. They’ve failed to take any responsibility and said i’ve caused the damage myself. I also have ring door bell footage of the delivery driver bringing the car back today to which he stood and threw his items on top of the car roof which can cause damage / scratches. (Video saved ) Will be taking it all further with the citizens advice bureau and contacting the motor ombudsman, and going through a trades association to see if i can get anything done.

Impressed from start to finish; from first contact they made the process very simple and most importantly totally unintrusive. They picked my car up from my home address, left me a courtesy car and dropped my car back off the same day. The work carried out is very high quality, finished beautifully and my car was cleaned throughout as a massive bonus. As it is a company car, the experience was just what was needed; it didn't interfere with my busy schedule in anyway. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible communication, insurance has instructed this company to repair our car. No call back after many calls to them , then eventually got in touch again to say the garage wasn't able to repair as a 3 month wait. Total waste of time . Still waiting for it to be sorted , company seems a joke . Avoid !!
