The repair took three weeks which
The repair took three weeks which , given the relatively minor nature of the damage, seemed quite a long time. I was charged over £300, on top of the insurance cost, but couldn't really see what had been undertaken to justify that extra cost and I am awaiting the opportunity, at my leisure, to return the car to the garage to have a bit more buffing and polishing undertaken,as agreed by Neil

We target 10 Working days on average for all repairs, given the extent of the repairs on your vehicle we feel the time taken was within our expectations. I believe the extra work was something that you agreed for and did confirm this with ourselves. As you mentioned neil has agreed to the additional buffing and polishing at no additional cost. My experience with this company has been excellent! After a bump they delivered my courtesy car at an agreed time, repaired my car and brought it back to me. The repair was brilliant and the car looks like new! Throughout they kept me informed of progress and were pleasant and professional. I am very impressed and grateful.

Excellent Service
My insurance company informed me of the company they recommend.
Which was Fix Auto, initially I thought they are to far away for me to drop the car off and collect it.
I didn't need to do anything as Fix Auto rang me asked if ant dates were not convenient for me. We agreed a day, time and location as there service included collection whilst dropping off the hire car and returning my car / collecting the hire car.
The staff kept me informed of each stage of the repairs (which was damage to the front and rear passenger doors) the rear door required replacing . My car was returned as good as new.
The staff were always plesent polite and knowledgeable. The repair also has a life time guarantee whilst I still own the car.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fix Auto .

Friendly staff in the office. Assessor on hand and able to assess damage on arrival. Clean courtesy car available to take away. Clean car when it was repaired and returned. Service with a smile.

Fantastic job. My poor land rover defender had a car slide into the front of it in the snow. Freddie was very helpful, keeping me informed about the repairs. To be honest it's probably looking better than when it left the factory.

An amazing experience. My car was in for some bodywork repairs following a bump, and the service I received from beginning to end was excellent. Insurance claim
This was through an insurance claim. From the minute the car was collected to it being returned. Nothing was too much bother. Excellent customer service. Kept me notified by phone calls or text on the stages of my fix. Car was back within 4 days looking brand new. I will certainly recommend you. Only wished we lived nearer to use you on a regular basis. It was a first class service from everyone. Thank you.
