Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff, completed the job in double quick time and the car was returned in a "like" new state. The workmanship was excellent.

The only small issue is that when dropping the car off there is very little parking.

Very bad repair for my car I did come by my insurance to this company .
Ordered all new parts .
Repaired and fixed very bad.

My advice please take it somewhere else…

Faultless bodywork

The staff were all very friendly and clear. The repair is extremely well done. We would give five stars but something got lost between the garage and the engineers and we didn’t know what was happening for four weeks before the repair started, which caused unnecessary stress.

Andre – thank you for truly going above and beyond. I realised I’d left my phone in the vehicle and rang just two minutes before closing, and you still took the time to help. It’s small actions like that which really set a business apart – the quality of its staff makes all the difference.

One thing I would suggest to other customers is to double-check with the company that all QA checks have been completed before collecting the vehicle. The process is very thorough, which is reassuring, but it can be frustrating if you arrive before everything has been signed off. A quick confirmation call saves time.

Andre was exceptionally professional throughout. He’s a real asset to the company – knowledgeable, courteous and proactive. People like him deserve recognition and investment. Don’t let that talent go – support his progression. A genuinely solid individual.

Wasn’t happy with the whole process

Wasn’t happy with the whole process, delays , no or very little communication, a lot of chasing on my part, also on pick up yesterday found a lot of errors with the repair they should have been picked up by quality control , not sure how they process the quality side. Returned back to garage to replace the correct stickers and level them and speak to the workshop manager , half satisfied with feedback but just wanted to leave this behind me now and get back to some sort of normality with work. Questioned the left door if it had been touched as my previous pictures showed up discrepancy's, I was told the left side door hadn’t been touched at all. Spoke to the insurance which clearly says on the engineers report some remedial work was done on the left door, Yesterday as I got to a job, on mt rear door my lower fake ext lock looked slightly bent and the cover had come off , probably whilst driving, I was shocked to see that the door they said hadn’t been touched had a FAKE lock cut into my existing door , glued in and the cover RIVERTED in!!! Already I noticed rust brown marks around the rivets . Emailed and called the workshop for answers - will wait to see the answers on this one! Do I take it to Vauxhalls to pay a fee to inspect all there work? And do you have to do that, very upset and let down , it’s either communication problems they have or inexperienced workers let loose on customers vehicles and obviously not checked throughout by senior engineers due to being too busy.
Called my insurance and the company dealing with it to remind them of my conversation before the van went in, they told me this garage is accredited and have had no complaints , so am I the first?.
I’m awaiting a call back or some kind of explanation of what has happened , truly shocked which I’ll update this page accordingly.

The repair was excellent and smoothly organised.
The only minor remark is the relatively large duration of repair (around one month) due to Christmas break, which delayed the delivery of repair parts.

The initial experience let down the rest

The initial experience was not good. I wanted to use a fix auto near my house but i was given one over an hour away. It took them ages to release a courtesy car (over a week) although this is a combined process with the pick up company Fix Auto and the insurance company. It thwn took them over 6 weeks to do the work. The communications around the cost of the work was poor. The work they did seems to be ok and once the car was with the engineering team the process was much smoother. But the initial stages were very frustrating and set a bad example from the off.

Reception staff very good.

It’s important to clarify that this was an insurance-authorized repair, and we are required to follow the instructions provided by Auxillis, who manage the claim. Our engineers can only proceed with work that has been approved by them, and we do not have the authority to override those decisions.

We completely understand your frustration; however, the cancellation of the claim by Auxillis meant we were unable to carry out the repairs.

This situation was beyond our control, and we regret that it has caused inconvenience.

Your concerns are valid, and we encourage you to raise them directly with your insurance provider, as they ultimately dictate the scope and approval of the work.
