Was very pleased with the repairs to my car and for the immaculate condition that it came back. Communication could have been better as my car was away for three weeks and I had to phone to see how it was getting on . Would recommend the workmanship.

Admiral placed the vehicle with the wrong location garage from your network, it went downhill from there, refusal to deliver a courtesy car, forcing a big delay before a hire car had to be collected. Cost at the heart of your processes not the customer.

We are disappointed that the location you requested for your repair was not met by the deployment team and disappointed this information was not passed along to us at Petersfield from the outset. We would not have accepted to repair your vehicle if we had known you had requested this. We know that the repair centre closest to you had already rejected your repair due to overcapacity and were just trying to help get you back on the road.
We did offer to deliver a replacement vehicle to your address listed on the notification that the insurer provided, free of charge (standard practice) but unfortunately here at Petersfield, we do not have the resources to supply a replacement vehicle the distance you requested. We did ask to recover the replacement vehicle to you and we also offered to have your vehicle made ready to be taken to a repairer closer to your requested area at the earliest chance. Both options were unfortunately vetoed by the insurer.
I have fed this feedback back to the teams that deal with deployment for their review.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Extremely friendly and experienced staff kept me fully up to date on repairs, state of the vehicle and timings. Brilliant workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Amazing repair and customer service at Fix Auto Petersfield
A fantastic experience at Fix Auto Petersfield. James was extremely helpful and having looked at the large dent at the rear of my wife's BMW explained they'd be able to heat the panel as it was plastic, no need for a new part.
As soon as we handed the keys to James the problem went away.
Three days letter we had a call to say all had been done and the car was ready.I couldn't believe it, the car looked amazing, it was magic.
We were made to feel special, the staff were all extremely pleasant and efficient.
We drove away with what seemed like a new car it looked fantastic.
Thank you James and all the crew, you really are the best, 5 stars isn't enough

Repair work is really poor.
Repair work is really poor.
Foglight casing keeps unclipped itself. Not a genuine part.
Paint run on wing
Headlight and indicator not lining up the same as the other side.
Have told garage about paint run and there response is bring it back so we can flatten it out.
Shouldn't need to do this if job was done properly.
Don't see why I should take more time our to take my car back to do repairs that should all ready be done.
Wish I never paid the excess on my insurance now.

Returned Car Unwashed and Fuel Use Expected
Had my car repaired recently with this company via my insurance company and they drove my car from home and returned it without adding the fuel used. My car was returned on unwashed with all the body works painting and filling inside my car; and the repaired section oily. Whereas you are required to refuelled their car otherwise you will have to pay penalties.

Referred to by my insurance company, Fix Auto contacted me, arranged to view my vehicle at a time convenient to me, then got my vehicle collected for repairs. No stress at all.
