I had a really good experience with fix auto portsmouth. The staff were all lovely to talk to and really helpful. The communication was excellent. I knew what was happening from start to finish. They actually fixed my car before the estimated completion date. When I picked my car up you wouldn't have know any damage had been done. Really pleased with the work. I would highly recommend fix auto portsmouth. My car was sent here through an insurance claim but I would definitely use them for any private work in the future. Thank you for a great service!

Did an amazing job at fixing my car after I stupidly reversed into a wall, estimate was 4-6 weeks due to parts but I was over the moon when I got my car back after a week and it looks brand new again. Thank you ☺️

It was a really good service the technicians are lovely, absolutely no issues at all. My car was fixed very quickly considering the amount of damage, and they kept me informed the whole way throughout the repair.

I cannot praise the service provided by Fix Auto enough. I took my damaged car to Enterprise and picked up a courtesy car . My car was then collected and driven back to my home around 10 days later. I would defy you to examine my car and find the repair. A smooth and professional service thank you

I felt that throughout they were trying to provide a good service.

bad spray job, dust under paint and orange peel pitting, Scratch protector stickers (colour coded) wasn’t replaced properly. Second time the car wasn’t painted at all.

Another reason why my car have a orange peel pitting is there is a scrap yard just right next to Fix Auto in Portsmouth.

Also the driver who delivered my car on Friday 10th April 2026 just before 3pm laughed at my face, when I complained the leather arm rest is now scratched inside the car. It wasn’t there before.

Over all very bad experience with this garage. Very poor customer service with Fix Auto Portsmouth. I wouldn’t choose it myself. It was recommended by my car insurance company.
