Very poor repair leadtime, poor communication
Fix Auto were our nearest repairer after having a no fault accident.
Booking in was not the simplest of jobs, but, despite that, we still gave Fix Auto the repairs on our delivery van.
We were told that the repair would take from Monday to Thursday in the same week but whenever we called (Not one update recieved without chasing) the repair had a 2 day delay on completion, which by the time the vehicle was ready for collection, it had been there 2 weeks.
Poor communication and even worse repair leadtime. I will not be using them in the future.

The service was impeccable
The service was impeccable, Tyler and Jake always kept us informed of timescale for the parts from manufacturer and when they arrived job completed in a timely manure to perfection.
