Great service from start to finish. My car was picked up the day following its accident. Assessed swiftly and completed in good time. All contact with the insurance company was taken care of by fix auto and the fit and finish of the repair was exceptional. I requested that my car went to the Stevenage branch following a family members previous good experience.

I would thoroughly recommend FixAuto in Stevenage for any bodywork car repairs. Henry in particular was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed at every stage. My car was returned in perfect condition and sparkly clean!

Had my car repaired after some unknown person damaged it. The repair was excellent apart from a scratch that was missed but as the scratch looks like it is normal to the car, I can see why it may have been missed in the repair and as I was happy to get my car back after driving the curtesy car given, I couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of getting them to sort the remaining scratch. Other than that all the staff that dealt with my repair were friendly and I was kept updated regularly about my repair.

A polite and professional team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming . They handled my request quickly and kept me informed . I’d definitely recommend them.

Repairs were delayed by Covid in the workshop I understand that this can’t be helped it just meant that the repair took longer.
The communication was great and the repairs seem excellent

Excellent bodywork repair on our Mercedes Sprinter van which had a new bonnet & front wrap around bumper , plus new radar sensor.
Very good communication and good customer liaison.
A free loan vehicle ( small van ) was provided which was helpful.

Just one slight issue - originally our company van was booked for 5 days , it was collected form our premises mid morning on Monday and then on Tuesday morning I was informed that -
The job would run onto the following week possibly to Tuesday or Wednesday!
Due to waiting for parts !
Surely all of the parts should have been ordered at least a month before booking in the job start date !
We had a new kitchen project to deliver & start on the Monday.
This meant we had to borrow another large van to keep to our business schedule.

Henry was very polite and helpful. Fix Autos did a wonderful job repairing my car following damage caused by a deer. The car was returned to my home sparkling! Thanks, and thoroughly recommended.

I would never use them again. Took my Range to them for a scuffed wheel arch and it took 5 weeks because despite being “specialists” were unfamiliar with the fact that the rear glass needs replacing when wheel arch is removed. To add further insult i was offered a tiny manual Citroen because all automatic cars are reserved for people with automatic licenses. Very rude and unhelpful. Never again

I recently had some work done on my car at Fix Auto, and I can’t say enough good things about them. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The customer service was top-notch—they kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me an estimated completion date, and while it took a little longer, they proactively kept me updated. The quality of the work was simply outstanding—I genuinely feel like I’m driving a brand new car. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fix Auto to anyone. I’ll absolutely be using their services again.

Additionally, I asked if they could help me with adding two badges to my car, and they did it at no extra charge, without a single issue. I give them 11 out of 10! The gentleman who assessed my car (I’m so sorry, I don’t recall his name) was fantastic—he answered every question, kept me in the loop, and gave me total confidence that my car was in safe hands. And when I dropped it off, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Samantha, who was equally amazing. She was so helpful, and she ensured the badges were perfectly placed. Overall, Fix Auto is phenomenal. I can’t recommend them enough!
