They delivered a courtesy car and picked up my car for repair, the guy who picked it up was very professional and great and the same guy did the return .... I did explain that I worked nights in the NHS and they were very understanding.... I'd recommend them to any body

Service with a smile.
Lovely for us to get our car back. It had been cleaned and throughly valeted, it was sparkling, thank you.
Five weeks to replace a rear window but this was due to supply issues and we were kept up to date every step of the way by Jaz whose customer care skills are excellent. The rest of the team we met were polite friendly and helpful. Well done all.

Excellent Service from Jaz and Ziggy
I had my Lexus UX side door repaired with FixAuto, Ziggy and Jaz really looked after me, when I could not get it repaired elsewhere as everyone was saying the job was very complicated, FixAuto were there and the only people to help. Jaz gave me very good advise and quick timeframe for a very fair and competitive price! Ziggy was able to reassure me. Highly recommended! Thank again

I recently had my car repaired at fix auto Walsall , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They clearly explained the issues with my vehicle, provided a courtesy car, and completed the repairs on time without any surprises.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The car now looks better than ever, and they even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was repaired to my satisfaction . It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with such outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Great service, friendly & welcoming
Honestly could not recommend this place enough, a small hiccup with parts but honestly not their fault, very attentive and knowledgeable about what’s going on. I cannot thank Jaz enough for dealing with me and vehicle the whole process, honestly such a lovely lady and very caring within her job roll, very happy with my customer service, bare in mind my car has been there for almost over a month and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated.
