Repair of damaged bonnet and wing.
Repair of damaged bonnet and wing arranged by Suzuki insurance. I took my car to Fix Auto for them to give a quote as car was safe to drive. They would have come to the house for assessment but I declined.
They called me as soon as parts were available. Arranged for me to drop car off with them and to pick up loan car. Loan car supplied similar to my car with similar mileage. Repair took the same time as they estimated. I was kept informed of the different stages the car was at, for example, in paint. Car repair returned the car to as new condition.
Impressive service and can't fault the repair.

Great repair
Great repair and extra work I requested done was excellent. Some elements of customer service has issues, had to chase things initially and some things not explained fully to me with regards to procedures/payment.

Was collected from my address, and returned to me in excellent condition with a repair that is impossible to tell from the original.

I was kept informed at each stage, and when Michael learned I had been unable to secure a replacement car (long story), he worked hard to repair mine before schedule, despite the wrong part having been sent. I cannot thank him and his team enough. My car was returned looking like new! :)

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. When you rang the bodyshop no one knew what was going on and would email someone who could help. It was hours later, or even the next day when you got to speak to someone for information about your car. The repair was very good but wouldn't use them again due to the poor customer service
