We were disappointed that it took 14…
We were disappointed that it took 14 days to complete a relatively minor repair. We were told only on the Friday we were due to pick it up that it would not be ready until the Monday; on the Monday it turned out that it would only be ready by the end of the day.

The last part was received late on the Friday and the complete front end of your vehicle had to then be built up. Then all the safety systems calibrated. Beware of fines - Fixauto will double it!
Fix auto Hampstead was the appointed garage to give me my courtesy car whilst I was waiting for my repair. It took them nearly a month to give me the courtesy car and more than that to get the missing part to finish it (it wasn't their fault, they said). Whilst I had the car, I got a fine and they added (as per their incredibly lucrative policy) £60 extra in fees!!! Just to send an email: on a £65 fine - this is unbelievable! I don't even know if it's legal to charge nearly 100% in fees and will check with a lawyer for sure but I need to expose this before someone else face this issue.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE FOR YOUR COURTESY CAR or for ANYTHING ELSE!

One of the best
The best customer service I have received in a repair shop. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The repair work was very fast and beautiful work done. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them from now on.

Efficient and friendly
Very efficient, friendly service. They kept me well informed throughout the process and everything was completed in the timeframe as expected. The work was excellent. Particular mention for Kelly who was so helpful and went out of her way to help. Definitely recommended.

Good service
Good service, communication and excellent panel damage pair work. The work did take longer due to obtaining the new side panels from Peugeot which took 3 weeks to arrive! No fault of Fix Auto - but do be aware that due to the new import regulations, this is a common experience.

Items + money missing from car upon return
Car came back repaired but unfortunately items were missing that had been in the car, including all our loose change for parking and some gym stuff. Called up and reported it and was told ‘oh sorry this doesn’t usually happen’…. Wouldn’t recommend.

It took 15 days to give me courtesy car, and law model, my car was Mercedes CLA 220 D 2019, they gave me a old Honda- by the way, my car was repaired in very good condition

Dear Mohamad, Your vehicle was recovered in to us on Tuesday the 10th pm. We carried out the estimate the following morning and sent off for Authority to your insurer as we had been instructed estimate only. After chasing up we finally received Authority on the Friday late afternoon. At that point we were able to arrange a courtesy car which was supplied to you on the Monday. Unfortunately the delays were caused by your insurance company. The replacement car was a 3 year old Hyundai Group B car which is supplied at our cost. Under your Insurance Policy you are entitled to a Group A replacement car not a like for like.
We aim to complete repairs to a high standard in the shortest time possible. In the current climate the repairs are taking longer due to parts supply issues. In your case the initial delays and supply of the replacement vehicle were caused by your Insurer. Which I am assuming this is why you rated us as only 1 Star. Could I ask if you would have scored us more based on the aspects of the repair we had control of?
