Scarily Low Petrol in the Courtesy Car
My main criticism is that there was VERY little fuel in the courtesy car FixAuto gave me. I was told it was a quarter full, but after only 8 miles, an alarming message flashed up saying I was about to run out of petrol.
Also, the delivery man had little understanding of what an older person needs to know about the courtesy car. The handover was far too brief & inadequate.
Communication with their office was good & my own car was very clean on its return.
I lack the technical knowledge to say how well the car was repaired, but at least it looks good.

It took over 3 months!!!
It took over 3 months to repair my car
I was provided with a courtesy car I was unable to drive as it was too small and low. I am disabled.
When I queried this I was told I was lucky to even have a courtesy car! They had apparently run out. Bear that in mind if you’re thinking of using them.
I received over a dozen text messages telling me that my car hadn’t been repaired. I kinda figured since I was stuck in the house!
It was only after complaining to my insurance company in a very loud voice that my car was miraculously fixed the next day! Coincidence? Probably not.
A complaint has been raised with my insurance company. Hopefully they will not use this company again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience, I understand your frustration about the duration of the repairs which were caused due to availability of parts as your vehicle is Chinese, With regards to your replacement Courtesy car all our vehicles are larger than the standard Courtesy car entitlement on your policy so may be something to bare in mind when you discuss your renewal. Nice result but took far too long
I was pleased with the actual bumper repair to my car however it was stressful dealing with the office staff member who was most unhelpful and inefficient. There were too many delays so it took four weeks to complete the job which was far too long.

Repairs to Motability car
Kept informed by weekly phone calls and other calls at significant times. I am no expert but the bodywork repair job to me appears to have resulted in an excellent finish. I was provided with a courtesy car. In all honesty I didn't like the courtesy car but it did the job it was clean inside and out. When my car was returned it was in a much cleaner condition than it was when it went.
