Superb, Quality repair work, with constant updates.
Arranged through our Insurance company following an accident. They were superb throughout. Collecting and returning the car to the car rental company, so we were never without a car. Constant updates to the repairs. On return you could tell this was a top quality repair by tem. Highly recommended.

Ok….
Used fix auto as insurance company provided them. Repair work to quarter panel and rear bumper is ok but over spray on rear door will need to be polished out. Not ideal.

You provided a prompt and professional service, you gave me regular updates on the repairs to my car and provided me with a car whilst you repaired my car. The car came back clean and tidy and the repairs were A1. I could not tell that the car had been repaired. Thanks for doing such a great job that was professional and prompt.

Very professional. Very transparent. Good service. I was kept informed at regular intervals of the work progress on my car. Staff both at the call reception (Lauren) and the delivery driver (Roy), were polite, efficient and friendly. Job completed to a good standard. I received a spotless courtesy car. Also when my own car was returned to me after repair, it appeared very neat and clean.

Fix auto had my audi for around 6 weeks. Not there fault as were awaiting parts. They kept in touch at every step and sorted out a courtesy car which was great. My car came back like new. The only thing i was a little annoyed about was the fact that (its not a big deal) they only washed one side of my car. I got it back clean on one side and dirty the other. The repairs were gret though so id definitely recomend them.

Very Smooth and Professional
From pick up of my vehicle to its return the experience was smooth and I was kept up to date on where the repair was up to. My only gripe would be the amount of time taken but I suppose it is to be expected.

Brilliant service from initial comms…
Brilliant service from initial comms and arranging collection right through to return of my vehicle. Regular updates on progress throughout the work including keeping me updated on any delays due to waiting for parts to be supplied. Vehicle returned looking as new with no signs whatsoever that it had been involved in an accident.
I simply cannot fault the service.

Efficient, keeps the customer informed
My car needed some insurance repairs, Fix Auto Wrexham collected my car from my home and left my courtesy car, they sent regular texts, and phone calls were dealt with efficiently and politely, my car was repaired and returned 2 weeks later, very pleased with their service.
A problem arose around 6 weeks after my repair, a message appeared on the dash saying 'service side detection system' and the blind spot detection stopped working. FixAuto agreed to take the car in to check, reset the system for me (even though they said it probably wasn't caused by the original repair), and even provided a courtesy car while it was with them. If it was possible to give six stars here I would. Great service from a great company!

Car looked like new
I was sent by my insureres, they did a great job on my car, no complaints. I was given a lovely new SUV hire car, the only complaint being they wouldnt let me keep it lol. Would highly recommend.
