Overall brilliant service
Overall brilliant service.
Quality of the work was great and the delivery of the car back went without a hitch.
My only complaint is that the postcode on the information I received for dropping the car off to them was wrong and it took me ages to find the location! Other than that, great service!

When our car was picked up we had to…
When our car was picked up we had to phone continuously to arrange a courtesy car, we eventually got one 10 days after our vehicle was recovered. Various mixed text messages with updates about our car.
On delivery of our vehicle after repair we were not given prior notification of drop off the driver just turned up and asked for payment for release of vehicle.
Staff were polite but found organisation was lacking.
Can’t fault the workmanship on my vehicle either.

We normally aim to supply a courtesy car asap subject to availability, if some cases there may have been a delay from the insurance company but i cant check this sorry. It is normally standard practice that a driver would not leave site without communicating with your first and then confirm any payments that are required. On day of dropping back off / collecting, nothing too much trouble, as I had to change location, as I was at my workplace...went without a hitch....

Top Mark for Fix Auto Care and Repair
From start to finish, I had a great experience with Fix Auto in Wrexham. My vehicle was in for just over two weeks for a repairs to the rear door and wing, during that time I had a courtesy car which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The repairs carried out were exceptional, the paint finish & matching of the panels and all of the associated detail were found to be as you would expect, your technician’s are very professional indeed.
Top marks also for the ladies on reception, they gave me all the care and attention that you would expect and in a friendly manner, thank you.
Fix Auto Wrexham I would definitely recommend you if there was a need again.

Kept me updated on a regular basis via txt. When I did speak with someone always very polite and informative. Job took a little longer than expected but that was a supply issue. On return of vehicle minor issue which they resolved in a very timely manner. Would definatly use again and would highly recommend

Vehicle returned in an absolute state
I can’t fault the staff who kept me informed over the 7 weeks my vehicle was in for repair. Always helpful snd they sent regular updates. However, like other reviewers, my vehicle was returned in an absolute state. A thin layer of fine dust everywhere. Smears all over the windscreen. I have dust all over my clothes. It looks like it came straight out of the repair shop and onto the delivery truck. I was told it would be clean and ready to drive. The last text I received said it was being “checked and cleaned’. No one has been near it to clean it. I look after my car and it did not arrive to you in this state, so why have you returned it to me in this condition? I have been promised a call back from the manager.

Clearly in this case it has not been followed and your vehicle was allowed to leave not to the standard we would expect. My car was sent to Fix Auto Wrexham as part of an insurance claim. From start to finish I received excellent customer service. I was kept updated via phone and text about the progress of the repair. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The quality of the repair is excellent and the car was collected from and returned to me at my convenience. 5 stars.
