After digestive surgery, I developed SIBO and SIFO. When I asked my doctors about it, they couldn't offer anything other than low fodmap advice, which I found too difficult to stick to. For three years I suffered with bloating, abdominal pain/bloating, and diarrhoea following a viral infection and this was compounded by a stressful job. I have a healthy BMI, exercise five times a week and eat pretty cleanly.
I saw four GPs (none of whom knew what was wrong with me) plus one private, took antibiotics, followed low FODMAP, hired a nutrionist for six weeks, had two sessions of CBT, had a colonoscopy, two ultrasounds, uncountable stool samples and blood tests taken, to be told I'm not dying (I got diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression from all this, being a Mum of two little ones made it all the harder) but that I had SIBO and, as an aside, "SIBO usually has a further underlying issue though" but with no more investigations done.
I've taken and tried every combination of western medicine and/or herbal remedy there is out there. Downed cardio sports and took up yoga and pilates and walking.
And then I found Fixbiome. Within a week my bowel movements and bloating were much improved (for the first time in three years). Apologies if this is an overshare but I know people on here are going through similar (awful) journeys and I want to give some hope. I was having some issues with bloating and histamine reactions and suspected parasites. I stumbled on this product by chance. Based on the herbal antimicrobial ingredients I gave it a chance and bought 3 bottles. Along with following a low FODMAP I tried the protocol of the 3-steps and was surprised that it helped relieve both issues. However, there was still obviously more work to be done. It was a great start to get my gut issues under control. The company answered all my questions, even though they were on the other side of the world in a different time zone. The downside was the customs charge on delivery.

From the first day I knew that something was shifting. The website was very handy and I’m glad I read up on die off because the first 10 days I felt awful 😬. After that though, I’ve felt so much more energetic, my digestion has improved and 3 weeks into the course I finally started shifting weight that has just stuck to me for the last few years no matter what I tried.

I really cannot say enough or express enough thanks to FixBiome as a company. For over 5 plus years as a 33 year old male I have suffered with SIBO. I will not be buying in future as they use the synthetic version of Quercetin (Quercetin Dihydrate) despite claiming 'all natural ingredients'. There is no reason to use the synthetic version. Many other brands use plain Quercetin, an example I found was from Bioceuticals who are extremely reputable. It is a genuine disappointment as the ingredients are perfect other than the inclusion of the synthetic compound.. they would have a permanent customer if it were natural quercetin.

I asked a company rep on the chat service why they don't offer a money back guarantee, similar to competitors.
The answer was it's too difficult logistically.
When I asked how the competition manage it yhe answer was I don't know.
I then got cut off.
Poor responses, likely a scam.

Used this for its ingredients as I suspected a parasite. Many of the ingredients had good backing in the studies I’d read and the system appealed to me as it seemed to help people with a variety of gut issues so I wouldn’t be at a loss if I was wrong about the cause of my issue.

I have had a huge reduction in syptoms and now feel so much better. Regular movements, so much more energy, no more bloating or pain after I eat my old trigger foods.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough for anyone with gut issues that they aren’t quite sure the cause of them . Absolute game changer for me and take it daily at 1/3 of the dose now and haven’t had any symptoms return.

Amazing stuff

Started taking the 6-8 week course 5 weeks ago. I take it 3x a day because I’ve had severe SIBO for over 11 years. After the first week of taking the supplements I started having normal bowel movements for the first time in 11 years. This was and still is incredible to me. I’m still suffering badly from die off symptoms but I have so much hope that they will work given the extensive knowledge they have on the website. The FixBiome team are also incredibly supportive and answer all of my questions (there are many) within a day and this support is so so much appreciated as I haven’t ever been listened to by doctors. This isn’t like all the other supplements out there claiming to fix you. These actually work but they take time. Don’t give up from the die off, it’s been 6 weeks and I still have it but I’m hopeful it is healing me. I’ve also seen a reduction in my skin issues and pain which is amazing!!
