Great experience

Great experience. I paid a little more for first class delivery and it came the next day which was ideal. Product was easy to install and good quality. Can't ask for more, really.

Good replacement but parts don't seem genuine.

Parts fit with my Lux ANC Jlabs Headphones however are a bit different on the size of the earpad itself. Noise cancelling doesn't seem as good either. Perhaps different foam in the actual earpad itself?

Willing to chalk this up to the earpads being unused and they might take a bit of wear to properly compress and function as they did before. Still a good replacement parts service though.

Non genuine parts at high price

Ordered and received parcel very quickly thanks, however I have to update this review after opening the package. Paid a very high price for new pads to fix my headphones and the quality of them is definitely not the same as official skull candy so believe the part is not genuine.

Amazing customer service contact

Ordered replacement ear pads for my Sony headset, couldn’t manage to fit it because of my sausage fingers and probably lack of coordination…. Anyway, paid extra for postage and replacement and headset arrived back today, all set and ready to go! So just a tip, if you don’t mind waiting (which actually wasn’t long at all) and you don’t feel confident to swap it yourself, just send it back and let professionals to sort it out for you. Not sure if I can share names here so I’m not going to, but person who emailed with me was a freaking star! Answered all the questions, walked me through the process of replacing and posting my headset back. All good, thanks for everything!

Don't look elsewhere.

I'd bought a more expensive set on Amazon which didn't fit. The ones from Fixearpads.com were not only better quality, but fitted perfectly, and swiftly delivered. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Easy to find the exact product I needed. Fast dispatch and delivery. Great quality ear pads for my Sony XM3 and XM4s; the best replacement pads I've bought, with very near to the original quality of noise cancellation. Very pleased, and would return for more in the future.

Quick delivery and good quality

Replacement pads for Marshall Monitor 2 ANC - They arrived quickly. The pads are good quality and relatively easy to follow the video to fit them.
They are maybe not quite as good quality as the originals (not quite as thick, not quite as smooth), but I'm giving these headphones to my wife and she tells me she can't tell the difference so that's fine :)
As a replacement these are spot on and I would trust them again (especially over randomly named brands on amazon).

Good quality replacement ear pads for my Sony headphones. Very prompt dispatch and delivery. Fantastic tutorial video on the website on how to replace the ear pads. Would definitely buy against and highly recommend!

Sony XM3 Replacement Pads

Ordered replacement pads for the Sony XM3.
Replacement pads are the closest I've had to the original from all the replacements I've ordered from different sites to date.
Also came with a replacement inner mesh which was greatly appreciated, and not an aspect most replacement pad providers seem to supply.

Fine service - one happy customer.

Contact before placing the order produced a swift response.
Once the order was placed, a confirmation email arrived, then another when the item was put into the post.
Package received even faster than I had hoped, never mind expected, with replacement pads that popped right into place and feel as though they should last as long as the originals.

Offered me cash to review. Here it is ...

The Earpads advertised as compatible for Momentum M2 headphones don't fit. They have a rigid rim glued into them - my originals don't.

There's no phone number.
No contact email address.
No contact box or chat help.
The FAQ's don't cover returns or exchanges.
I've replied to the emailed invoice asking for advice and waited three working days without any response.

I wonder whether they will still pay me the £1 they promise in return for leaving a review on Trustpilot?

*** further to the reply below - my comments remain the same. I received four emails in relation to this purchase. The email which they say I should have replied to is the only one sent from a completely different domain and it only offered to pay me to leave a review. The order confirmation and all other emails came from fixearpads.co.uk, which is the site I purchased from. There is no explanation in any of the emails or on the website that to engage with FixEarPads about a FixEarPads order you must reply to the review request from the repair centre at FixHeadphones. Neither is there anything to explain that emails sent to fixearpads.co.uk are unmonitored. Surely they can just acknowledge that this is unhelpfully opaque? Why not simply put this information on the website? Or on the order confirmation email?

Reaching (incorrectly) for the junk mail excuse and gaslighting the buyer can't achieve anything but bad feeling.

They have now confirmed that the earpads advertised as M2 compatible are not M2 compatible. The £1 offered for feedback is conditional upon my not requesting a full refund! (I'm not bothered about the £1 but I think being offered cash for reviews is all wrong).
