I had a fantastic experience with this damp inspection company. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They carried out a thorough and professional inspection, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had.

The final report was extremely detailed and easy to understand, and I really appreciated the video documentation of the entire process for my record keeping and clarity.

Ben will bend over backwards for his clients. He never minds taking to time to talk things through with you. He always gets the job done and takes everything with a calm and understanding attitude which is rare for someone in the construction trade. Ben always tries to see it from the customers eyes as if he was finishing the job to the standard he would want on his own home.

Ben is so knowledgeable and helpful - he was able to come out super quick to help me check a property I was buying at auction. I specifically wanted him to look of sites of damp. But he was able to offer guidance on much more than that because he is a registered builder. So grateful for his sense of urgency, and also his wisdom around all things building and construction.

Amazing experience and an absolutely fantastic customer service. After being led down by a big company with an inconclusive leak detection report which was rather masking the problem than establishing it. Ben carried the survey very quickly, found the issue and the solution costed 3 times less the amount I was given to "cover it" instead of fixing it! I can't recommend the company and Ben enough.
