Fake spare parts and Extremely bad customer service!
I’m going to make it my mission to raise awareness to potential customers who fell into a Google trap of finding Fixerman.
I wanted to change the back glass of my iPhone 13 Pro, which I had for 5 months with a small crack in the back, I thought it taking it to fixerman thinking that they had good reviews - I only wish I had read their negative reviews and noticed what bad service and fake products they offer.
I decided to change the back screen glass which took them a whole day to repair, only to notice that I’ve received it with no flashlight working and the magnetic ability to charge the phone was not working. They scheduled another visit 2 days later to fix the issue. The phone has been with me for 5 days and fell off a very small distance and the back glass cracked even though it was in a protective OTTER case.) I realised that they had used fake glass for the back! When confronted them that I had paid 350 aed for the back glass for an OEM product they said that they don’t replace physical damage and that they had told me that they don’t use Apple products!! (They had never mentioned that to me)!!
How could I trust such a company again, regardless of whatever monetary value they charge me! The phone barely fell, it is chipping not only cracked (see photo) I cannot remove the protective case because it will fall off! Spare your money and fix your device with Apple directly! They’re HORRIBLE..
