Good sales pitch but appalling design
Good sales pitch but the website design was an amateur template, poor design and the write up was so far fetched it could of been a fairy-tale. Emailed back and forth regarding spelling mistakes and how I was not happy with the website. Was told they would rectify the mistakes but pushed for me to have the site published which i refused. Next I have a court order for a small claims case for none payment.
Very basic templates, even when you look at past customers you can see all sites are very similar style. Produced a website that I would be embarrassed of but by that point you are committed to whatever tripe they design for you.

Positive experience.
I am very pleased to say that the whole experience from getting started to completion of my website to being set up and ready to go live has been made very easy with the team at Flagship.
I would be very happy to recommend Flagshipwebdesign. Overall a very reasonable and efficient service.

You pay for what you get
You pay for what you get! Despite being with them for 3 years plus our rankings on the Internet declined rather than increased. I emailed them to terminate their services
They were more interested in telling me when the contract ends rather than trying to resolve the issues.
In my opinion there is no point using the company unless you want your rankings to stay the same or decrease.
I will not be using a company like this again as they are all the same. Promise the earth but cannot deliver anything.
