This company is a scam, BEWARE! The mens silk pyjamas arrived very promptly but they were ridiculously undersized. After requesting a refund I was told I needed to courier post them back to Thailand! They obviously were not shipped from Thailand because of their prompt arrival, it is a ruse to discourage returns.
So disappointing, what a rip off.

Caruso Consulting Ltd is the NZ company head of Flair Silk NZ . It has a non existent physical administration address in131 Queen Street CBD and posting by dissatisfied customers is turned off. It ships shoddy ill- fitting products out of Thailand. The "customer care" contacts don't respond. It has a trust Pilot logo but dint trust anything about it.
The product arrive promptly , but that is the only positive. I cannot gift these PJs they smell awful chemical and fish, they are supposed to be for a large man and they fit a small woman. The cost to return makes it not worth the it.
So disappointing as thought I was being organised and doing my Xmas shopping early
I've used silk pillowcases for a few years now - for my hair, mainly. And my partner has a normal p/case - but he's had a horrendous case of oral shingles with sensitivity and pain down the side of his head that he usually sleeps on. Tried and loved the sensation of the silk so purchased a couple of slips for him. Love the quality - good size (he uses a memory foam pillow) and the zip closure. Great company to deal with - and the delivery was super quick (we are a fairly remote rurual delivery address). Have ordered again - and will do so again.
The pillowcases were a gift and have been opened at last! We were all impressed by the silkiness of the pillowcases. I have heard today, after the first night of use, my daughter will never use an ordinary pillowslip again! That is a big compliment!

Very pleased with my satin dressing gown but felt let down that the belt was very short - would have been ideal if it was 50 cm longer. Am going to have to get my wife to buy extra material to extend it to a decent length.
Silk is great, but why is the size of them so stupid??? Every standard pillow in Germany is 40x80cm, why on earth are your pillow cases 76cm long?? I could barely zip them up over my pillows and now they look fairly stupid and I am worried the zippers will not last very long because of the constant pressure on them. Please make variable sizes or make them larger because 76 is so stupid.
