While all electric stoves do produce a gentle fan sound when in heat mode (similar to a laptop or bathroom fan), the model you purchased is actually one of the quietest available on the market today. That said, we completely understand that sound is very subjective — what’s subtle to one person might stand out to another.

Having chosen the fire we wanted online we made a telephone call to make a couple of technical enquiries, these were dealt with promptly in a friendly professional manner. Delivery was faster than the time quoted and we're delighted with the fire.

Great company to deal with, unfortunately original fire we wanted had a delay on it but Flame Crafters gave us great options and remedied the situation.

Excellent service
I telephoned and spoke to Dan with a couple of pre purchase questions. He was most helpful.
I purchased my stove online and the stove was delivered within a week as Dan said it would. The courier company telephoned to arrange delivery time and date. I couldn’t ask for more !!

Flametek "Milo" electric stove
Flame Crafter's service has been first class. The stove is today installed, appears to work perfectly and looks great. Nearly bought a similar "water-fed" stove but decided against the hassle!
