If I could give zero star I would. I ordered a Maltese advent calendar. It took forever for it to arrive only to find they sent me a Pomeranian one. This was a gift. I emailed the company with my order showing what I ordered and a picture of what arrived. I asked how to return the incorrect one and get a refund because it is too late for a new one. No response from the company
I never received my package. I emailed them several times asking for a refund and they refused. Fake company with bad reviews
I ordered a total of four pairs of sunglasses from there, three of which arrived. I was told the fourth pair had arrived, but that wasn't the case! Very poor customer service and I don't recommend them. The quality of the glasses leaves a lot to be desired. Two of the first three are already defective!
Do not buy from this trader or its sister companies. Overpriced rubbish. What you get is not what you see in the marketing material. I am now battling to get a refund after waiting almost 8 weeks and the item arriving damaged. I promised the company I would expose their rogue trading tactics and here it is. Do not touch them with somebody else’s bargepole.

An order placed in August has still not been delivered. All they say is the warehouse doesn’t have an update. Sorry for the inconvenience. It’s been 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous. Contacting my credit card company and report this as a fraudulent charge.
Total scam ordered item over 6 wks ago …nothing arrived . They send generic email . DO NOT BUY from these scammers.
If there were zero stars, I would choose. Anyone posting positive about their order is a scammer. Do not order from this non-existent company unless you feel like giving your money to a Chinese scammer.

Here’s the kicker, it’s ONE of each number and I would need 2 zeros. I did not sign up to assemble this myself. False advertising. I contacted the company and also filed a dispute. After several messages back and forth they refunded me $10. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Agree with previous post - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They claimed the item is handmade in the USA. It took over a month to arrive and came from out of the country. The item was supposed to be a mosaic house number sign. I received a plexiglass plate with vinyl numbers to add to it myself. $56 for something I have to finish myself with cheap vinyl numbers????
Packaging was horrible too. Frame around house sign is best up and dented due to poor packaging.

Shipping is very slow. Not a big surprise coming from China. Got the house number sign. Very cheaply made and it comes with sticker numbers that you have to put on the plate yourself. Also, there are no provisions for mounting the sign. No screws, screw holes, or hangers. Basically, it's a piece of plastic with two sheets of numbers.
This company is a scam. It has stolen my artwork, my listing and my reviews to sell non existent products. They are frauds, liars and cheats. Do not buy from this website.
Completely frustrated and believe this is a scam. Ordered $65 of petunias on 5/11/24. Still do not have them got tracking info & updates until 6/7/24. All stating they were being sent from France, then were in customs in both France & USA. Then said they were in Reno at transport company on 6/7/24. Can not get any further information on tracking, delivery, time frame. I asked for a refund was told they could not refund because it’s still on its way with no further information. They said be patient. They refuse to give me any further info. Like transport company info. I’m going to contact my credit card today report it as a scam & hope I can get a refund. I would happily give up the $65 to stop people from doing this to others. Hoping this review reaches anyone out there considering ordering from them. If by some miracle I receive anything I will update this review.
I ordered artificial petunias April 21, 2024. Still don’t have them as of today June 6, 2024. They refuse to respond when I send messages. Definitely a SCAM
I PLACED AN ORDER ON 04/17/2024 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. I ENTER THE TRACKING NUMBER AND IT STATES ITS NOT A NUMBER THAT WORKS. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM. I ORDERED 200.00+ AND NOW AM GOING TO HAVE TO TRY TO GET A REFUND
