Flat Price Moving Avis

Great experience, has a reservation through nexus and they left me hanging in the last minute and Flat Price was incredibly helpful in finding me alternative solutions to get my car shipped in a less than 24-hour timeframe. Great service and communication and my car was left in good condition. Would recommend to my friends!

Pickup was on time & drop-off was within the window that it should have been. Great customer service all around from start to finish.

I was terrified about moving my life from LA to Brooklyn, but these guys were pros. I was especially worried about my vintage mirrors getting damaged and I kept reminding them to be careful, but they reassured me it would be handled with care. Thankfully, everything arrived in one piece and the communication during the 10-day transit was exceptional. I highly recommend for coast-to-coast moves!

Very kind gentleman from the ones answering the phones to making the delivery.Great experience using them to move 5 of my vehicles.Everything was communicated clearly and on schedule. Even asked if they could be delivered early.

Smooth transition, delivered my vehicle before the promised date.

They are very good at giving you an attractive price upfront just to lure you in. Once they arrive to pick up your items, the price suddenly doubles with excuses like “we thought it was like IKEA furniture” — as if IKEA furniture is some kind of universal standard.
At delivery, they simply dropped everything off without assembling anything, which was not what was originally discussed. When I tried calling their office to resolve the issue, no one answered. It felt like they were conveniently enjoying their day off while I was left dealing with the consequences of their poor service.
Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before trusting their quoted price or service promises.

I am satisfied with the service provider

I had an amazing relocation experience! They moved all my belongings safely from the U.S. to another country without a single scratch. The packing was professional, and everything arrived earlier than I expected. The team stayed in touch throughout the process. Truly reliable and trustworthy for international moving. Highly recommended for anyone planning an overseas relocation!

I wanted to ship a vehicle from New Jersey to Missouri and skeptical when their price was $100 cheaper than their competition. I decided to give them a try, paid them in advance and they deliver my Infiniti truck in a perfect condition. They also delivered it 2 days sooner than I expected. They always answered the phone to keep my anxiety down and Mike T. was an easy guy to deal with.

VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD! no issues. 1st time using a transport svc, was terrified, but all went well. Got my veh in 3 days, most services quote 5 to 7. Scheduling was easy, communication with Mike and driver was easy. I recommend.

My delivery man was very nice, caring, and very helpful. Geo was pleasure and reassured me that everything was going well. He keep in touch with me, letting me know every step of delivery. If i ever need my car ported, i would use them again.

Thank you for great service.

It came within the first hour. They inspected the car right in front of us proving everything was the same as it was when it got picked up.

They made it across country in under 3 days. Very friendly and kept communication open throughout.

Excellent service. Flat rate told me what they will do and executed it without hesitation.
I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Much thanks.

Last minute booking. Got cars picked up two days later. Driver stayed in contact every step of the way. Cars delivered in tact and ahead of our schedule. Would definitely use the again.

Flat Price moving and auto shipping is a very good company.

Service was High Quality on all ends, particularly how I was treated. Estimate was explained clearly and any misunderstanding I had in my mind I just asked and got it explained right away. My car was picked up on the day I needed it to be in the time window they had promised me. I dealt with the dispatcher at first and then later on the truck driver directly. Both employees were helpful and friendly.

This is the second car shipment I've ever done in my life and it was a much easier process than my previous experience. I'd use them again and I would recommend them.

A stressful situation was turned around and made right with their help. We already had movers in place but when we saw they had severely under quoted us and sent us a bill different we then decided to cancel our move and had to start all over finding the right company.

Here's where flat price came in. They took on our last minute booking and managed get everything back on track. Their pricing was much better than the first moving group we set up and they never switched any agreements we had around. No surprises... well the service was surprising because they were fast and very organized. Great team, great customers and great move.

We purchased a car out of state and wanted to have it delivered. It wasn't offered by the small dealership that we bought it through so we had Flat Price take care of that part. The car which was two states away was delivered within in 48hrs in perfect shape after we booked the service. There were consistent updates from the driver and communication helped ease our nerves. Overall it was affordable and organized. We'd use it again if needed.

Flat Price Auto Shipping in LA did an amazing job! The crew managed to move my car to Phoenix without a scratch and the process stayed stress free. The price was competitive and they were able to offer me a better deal than the first company I spoke to. They weren't pushy on the phone either, which I can't stand. Great business. They couldn't have made it any simpler for me.
