I used to use Flat Tummy Tea products in 2016-2017. I stopped using them when I started IVF to have my son. I completely forgot all about their amazing products. So i returned to using my tea again on October 16th & lost 6lbs in 6 days! I will weigh myself again November 16th to see how much more I have lost. I've tried a few meal replacement shakes and flat tummy has been the best one and what I've stuck with. The flavors are great and non chalky. I like the different shake recipes they often share. The apple cider gummies fit in great also, the taste is amazing. They're soft and not hard gummies!
