After many years of using flawless I just want to again give props to Matt and Flawless themselves. Without fail I always manage to get my parcels the next day. Communication is always on point and I love it ❤️

Longest processing times ever. In last almost 2 years never had next day delivery, nor Saturday delivery even when paid for one. Even if you place order at 9am o'clock and then message account manager (Thom in my case) to confirm it will be leaving on earliest collection (told by Thom that they have at least 3 collections a day), it still doesn't leave on same day or it will leave on last collection of the day after 8pm at evening, even when been told on numerous occasions that lies that it will definitely leave on same day. After messaging Thom and requesting different account manager who doesn't lie, get told that will speak to his manager and will get back to me and that was last time I had any messages. Found different supplier and now only use it as last resort as plenty other wholesalers who gets orders 3 times bigger packed and shipped within few hours after purchase and its with me next day without any need to chase up to get tracking information or anything else.

Be aware, the company uses a third party payment processor meaning my payment was taken as a bank transfer instead of actual online transaction.

If you have issues with your order which cannot be resolved by the company, you may be unable to raise a chargeback via your bank.

Pay with a credit card or order somewhere else if you'd prefer to have the security of being able to access a chargeback/claim with your bank.

Rude boss. Stopped shopping with them.

Great products, good prices, however if you’re wanting next day delivery, good luck as you’ll get it one out of 10 orders, even after paying £12 for next day before 1, never been offered a refund or credit to my account.

And it is not DPD’s fault, the problem is the order is not getting packed fast enough in the warehouse, for example I can order at 11, and the cut off time is 3.30 for dpd, and still not enough time for the workers to get your order out.

Rubbish the vape they sold me was fake , not a genuine product, the barcode in the sealed box when scanned was not for a vape, it also broke within 6 days, don’t waste your money there not genuine products.

I have been using Flawless Distro for many years and service provided by Thom (my account manager) is out of this world, really informative and helpful person and always look after my account personally, I would recommend this company to anyone and best thing about them order always correct and easy to order stuff from them.

Nice overall experience. They have a good range of stock and get new items in regularly. There process for invoicing and shipping also works well. Good job guys keep up the good work

Only negative for me is, DPD service don't deliver until evening the next day or the following day where we are based, where other Distro orders get to us in the morning using UPS.
