Was so surprised on the brand I was looking for!

This company had exactly what I was looking for and I reviewed their return or exchange policy which is quite good.
I did have to alter my first choice of shoe color from silver to black but I can wear almost any color with black so I'm okay with that.

Just need to know the shipping status. Beautiful products

Website was easy to use. Very easy to navigate.

This has been a horrible experience with their customer service team. They say one thing and then they say the complete opposite. I literally had to provide proof of their own communication. Which I did. I will not be shopping here again just because the service was horrible.

Looks as though I was taken in by the authentic-looking photos of a boutique shop - didn't take the time to double-check unfortunately. Submitted an order 4 days ago and have yet to receive any updates at all.

The product comes from China and is cheap, inferior fabric, badly made and sized wrongly. I strongly advise you not to buy you will be extremely disappointed the clothes are a total scam. The ad make you think the clothes are UK made and good quality but this is totally misleading. The cost to return to China makes getting a refund a joke.

Exactly as other reviewers have said this company is not ethical. The product I received was nothing like the one pictured. Customer service told me that even though the page displaying the item said 'hassle free returns' their returns policy didn't apply to sale items. So their website is highly misleading. When I evidenced that they were legally obliged to offer a refund for items bought online whether in a sale or not, they offered me an extremely hassle-full return including expensive postage to China and complex tracking. However when I emailed to say that I would be querying the transaction through my bank on the grounds that the product was not as displayed, they emailed within 5 mins to offer me a full refund without postage to China. Conclusion - don't buy from this site. But if you already have and you feel that the product you have received isn't as it was represented online then email to say that you will be querying the transaction through your bank - that should do the trick!

Scam site, almost certainly overseas, clothes are junk quality and the customer service email doesn’t even work to return anything. No other way to contact them. 100% avoid.

The fact that I even have to give 1-star pains me! I also purchased a denim jumpsuit which arrived yesterday and is nothing (I mean NOTHING) like the product I thought I was ordering.
This item cost £49.99
I sent the photos of the item & ill fit to the supplier and asked for a refund. Their very cheerful response said I wasn’t due one as I purchased a sale item.
They offered a measly 15% cash refund or a 50% store credit to purchase more, equally rubbish pieces.
Clearly not a UK based outfit and they are only selling flammable, ill fitting clothing that isn’t fit for purpose other than being a dusting rag!
I wish there was the ability to upload the photos of said piece.
Typically no instagram or Facebook presence from the supplier so buyers can’t share their feedback on their company website.

This is NOT a legitimate site. Received denim jumpsuit today after a few weeks. It was not denim, no labels, made of a cheap fabric you would buy a kids fancy dress costume out of !!!! Do not get ripped off ! I paid £49.99 in the sale and was well and truly conned

The dress my wife purchased was absolutely shocking quality nothing like the website photos or description.
Cheep material used poor quality zip shipped directly from abroad.
Website made to look like it is British quality clothing but is very cheap import clothing

All returns have to be paid for and only accepted at their discretion on return arrival
