I'd like to rate as 0 stars, but this won't let me. Ordered a product from this site claiming to remedy a sore neck. Product showed up in a box that was wrapped in a bag. From China. Box was pretty mangled so right off the bat, I'm concerned. I removed all the items and they all seemed to survive. Once I actually saw the product and felt it, I could tell is wasn't going to hold up. The company offers a 60 day money back guarantee so I reached out to return this. They sent me their return policy which said to return anything, it can't be used. Check that box, as I didn't, which I explained to them. Then they told me that they don't offer a free trial period. Whatever that means. I persisted in my desire to return the product, so they finally gave me a return address, in China. It was going to cost me about 1/2 of what the product cost to return it, without a guarantee of a full refund. They indicated they would need to inspect it prior to a refund, which means they will find something wrong with it to deny the refund. I highly suggest not using this company. Deceptive terms on their site and poorly made knock offs of products.
