Review:Poor After-Sales Coordination and Insurance Support
Review:
I booked my flight tickets and travel insurance through Flight Centre (NZ).
When an emergency occurred during my trip, the travel agent failed to provide proper coordination or follow-up with the insurer. I was repeatedly told to wait, sent different instructions by different people, and after weeks there is still no clear progress.
I have supplied complete documentation and kept communication open — the issue is not missing paperwork, but poor case handling.
This review will remain until the issue is resolved fairly.
If a reasonable outcome is achieved, I will update it with a balanced and fair evaluation.

Easy and friendly
I used Flight Centre to book airfare and travel insurance to and from Europe.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jessica. She was friendly and helpful and very responsive over email, which I appreciated. She sorted out everything for me, and I had a successful trip.
