Flight Centre New Zealand - Flight Centre Manukau Avis 

A very unpleasant experience with Flight Centre Manukau. Be very careful when booking with them as they make sneaky changes to the itinerary without any communication with the customer. Read the small text, as these guys will make changes and once you sign they will refer you back to the document and refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. We were pushed towards booking a particular airline because the agent could get a cheap price for premium economy. This was in the itinerary until suddenly on the day the booking was finalised the flight changed. This was not discussed with us. The price however did not change despite the change in service. Mu first bad experience, but I will never use these guys again. They ripped us off because we didn't use a magnifying glass when reading the final agreement. Be very careful when using this company!

Initially i left a message or online query. Vinny from the lical office contacted me within the hour. His quick and honest response was and is brilliant. Since my initial enquiry I have booked another 3 or 4 trips. He is super efficient always finds the best deals. Vinny of Flight Centre Manukau is the 5*

Lovely greeting great information and great advise

Chloe has been our go to when it comes to planning our trip to America! She has been super helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to the places to visit and the things to do.
