Kelly Richards was very kind and thoughtful and incredibly patient. She went the extra mile to help me as I did a lot of deciding what was best, as she gave me lots of options . Kelly was fantastic and I also spoke to other staff at Ponsonby Flight Centre and they took were helpful and kind.

Amazing service
the Flight Centre Ponsonby staff are amazing. They sort out anything with speed and precision. They take time to talk to you, they listen and then make it happen. I had the great pleasure of being looked after by Kimi, who went above and beyond. She even helped me with a booking of a family member which was not part of her brief. She just wanted to be - and was - extra helpful. Very thoughtful, generous and efficient!

Excellent service & knowledge
Our Travel agent (Bianca) was very knowledgeable & found us a great option to choose from.
There were no delays with quick responses to our questions.

Best travel agent ever …
We have booked our flights with Kelly Richard's from Flight Centre Ponsonby again. We have to go to Frankfurt because my mum is not well.
Kelly was fantastic again. The great thing is that she really listens and finds what you need with a lot of patience.
She is super experienced and professional. I just feel that I am in very good hands with her. And I can totally trust her.
