The travel agent Brooke took time with myself and husband to show us how to use the air nz app. She was very patient with us. We left feeling very relieved that we were ready for our trip overseas.

Brooke bent over backwards to create a memorable holiday for my family, few hiccups out of her control but she still managed to put it right thank you so much would highly recommend getting everything through flight centre, it took all the stress out if organizing flights hotels transfers ect thanks again

Brooke at Flight Centre Tauranga is amazing
Brooke at Flight Centre Tauranga was great. She gave us good advice and the best options. She followed through on all the expectations and It felt like she really cared that our trip was a success, which it was. We are going back to book our next trip later this year. Also the travel insurance from FC is the best.

We are very much first time cruisers. Brooke was incredible. She went well above and beyond her duty to the job. Brooke made sure we knew exactly wot we were buying and wot the cruise was and included. She was very pleasant all the time, friendly and knowledgeable.
Looking forward to our cruise later in the year.

Peace of mind Travel Plans…
I went to my local Flight Centre at the Crossing Tauriko to book flights and also accommodation in Melbourne as I'm not confident to do that online now.
I used to book flights online to Sidney but did make an error with date once so now I prefer having experienced travel agent to do for me
Brooke was very helpful and professional sorting out times to suit- special fares and also quote for travel insurance etc.
Well worth $50 fee!
