Booked a JetStar flight through flight center. Flight was cancelled by JetStar. Opted for a refund. Refund from JetStar to flight center is 5-7 days. Refund from flight center to client (me) is 6 weeks!

pathetic. Disgrace.
I have booked Melbourne to Perth Jetstar return from Perth to Melbourne Qantas on 7/8/2025.
Jetstar JQ972 from Melbourne 6.20 am started normal. Boarded. After 20 minutes due to technical problem flight return to Melbourne.
Qantas QF 774 from Perth to Melbourne starting 1.30pm in Perth.
Due to flight problems we were rescheduled 10am with another Jetstar on 7th. That can reach Perth around 12.30pm
I do not have time left to catch return flight. I have my plans to reschedule.
Contact flight centre. Answered by call centre by offshore. To make understand it took me nearly an hour. I was keep on holding. Another man came on the line. He was quite demanding. By that time to explain the situation it took nearly 90 minutes on the phone. Keep on waiting, promised that could be rescheduled. Nothing happens. Asking change of price as much as $319 for Jetstar alone reschedule.
After some argument told they agreed for reschedule. Another 30min waiting. No change they will refund you after 6weeks.
Qantas no change, no reschedule, I have to donate cost of $920 to Qantas. All this drama took me 3 hours over the phone in Tullamarine airport.
On my way out called Qantas customer service and explained.
Qantas informed me Flight centre can cancel my return ticket from Perth and request for refund. Due to technical fault of Jetstar it can be fully refunded to Flight Center. Because I booked through Flight Center; Flight Center can refund me. Straight forward.
Why Flight Centre staff acting like dum, telling different, unreasonable causes? Our phones on hold for hours and hours. They never consider us as humans. I strongly believe they are not willing to do the right thing. We do not need to wait that long to get our money refund.
