Tulane from Bateau Bay Flight Centre spent a lot of time with us getting all the information she needed to help us plan our holiday of a lifetime. holly.cusick Was amazing booked flights with Qatar a few months ago who would of known what was going to happen ,but Holly was so helpful and reassuring and helped with refund for tickets and rebook another airline .I was quite concerned my trip wasn’t a go ahead and thanks to Holly we are ready to fly .

We booked a family trip to South America with Tegan Evans from Bateau Bay, Flight Centre. Tegan was amazing from planning the trip at the conception phase to executing all travel arrangements meticulously. Tegan went above and beyond to assist us. We had an unexpected issue in Patagonia requiring immediate assistance. Tegan was on the phone throughout helping us navigate this difficult time. I highly recommend Tegan for anyone's travel.

All the staff there are ready, willing & able to assist in all ways. Gillian was the young lady who organised the trip to Bali and this one has been started by Holly who was excellent and also assisted me with the exact method of getting to the Domestic Terminal on time.
