What can l say about Leyla Menekse you we're absolutely amazing today.
Upon our first contact with leyla we had no appiontment at Broadmeadows Flight Centre Leyla was very welcoming once my sister Nikki and l approached her she listened to our request and leyla got straight into asking the appropriate questions relating to the travel for our Uncle.
Everything went smoothly and all straight forward.
I would highly recommend Leyla Menekse for any further travel.
Thanks again Leyla and staff and Broadmeadows Flight Centre.

I chatted with Leyla about my upcoming trip and she was honestly great. She really knew her stuff and you could tell she genuinely cared about sorting out all my worries. She made the whole booking process feel easy and stress-free. Anything she wasn’t 100% sure about, she double-checked and explained clearly. As a customer, that kind of service really means a lot to me. 👌🏻 We will be back in to finalize my trip and highly recommend seeing Leyla.

Terrible Service at Flight Centre Broadmeadows with Kate…
Flight Centre Broadmeadows with Kate Hansen. Had 400.00 credit for a cancelled trip. Store wouldn't allow my dad to use it and kept making excuses as to why he couldn't transfer it or use it past a specific date. Ended up booking a new trip with Flight Centre Cranbourne who stated that there as no credit on my file. Basically robbed us of 400.00. Will never use you guys again! Also will be going to ACCC

Hi there Laura, thanks for your review.
If this credit was an airline credit, then the airline rules would apply here. These include that only the original traveller can use the credit (must be the same traveller name) and depending on the supplier, there can be firm travel dates / book before dates for credits. This is unfortunately something that Flight Centre cannot control, as these rules are enforced by each airline, regardless of where a customer has booked.
Your original booking store would be the store with the details of the original booking to use this credit, in the same store.
I hope this provides further clarity for you.
