I would like to acknowledge and thank Ramin Moeini for his excellent service and professionalism when arranging our flights to the UK. Due to the Middle East crisis we decided to change our flights and Ramin was very patient, taking time to find us the best options to get us to our destination on time for our tours and assisting with the refund process. The hotels he booked for us were excellent. I look forward to his assistance with my future holiday bookings

Jodi at Carindale was able to take the stress out of having to rearrange my flights to Europe due to the Middle East crisis. She did a fantastic job, even when one of those flights was then cancelled. Jodi is always happily willing to assist in a very professional, calm manner.
