We are so happy we found Lana Battersby at Cronulla Flight Centre! Lana is knowledgeable, efficient ,patient. helpful and she takes the stress out of planning, researching and booking your holiday. We had started planning and booking our holiday ourselves but then decided we needed help with bookings in the US. Lana was able to find us the perfect tour, accomodation, flights and transfers. She was able to take over our original bookings and from then on everything about our holiday was so much easier because we were just dealing with Lana not multiple providers. In future we will always book through Lana at Flight Centre. No more doing all that time consuming and frustrating DIY for us!

Lana from Cronulla flight centre offered a great service with both of our overseas trips . First trip in 2024 was a Viking Cruise and then Europe, which was amazingly organised by Lana . Current trip is to Columbia
She also managed to get cheaper accomodation than I had already booked at a discount price.

Lana has gone above and beyond in amazing help with our Europe trip.
She was knowledgeable, organised and efficient in getting our complicated trip planned. I can highly recommend her and our convenient Cronulla Flight Centre.

The staff explained everything well & where knowledgeable enough but the sessions felt a little rushed because she had another customer waiting which seem to being booked in for an appointment. I possibly tought I could get a slighter cheaper trip with Flightcentre comparing with the online fares I checked… but was told due to Flightcentre not having any business with Thai airlines for example some of the prices I found prior by myself they couldn’t get. And that some of the airlines had hidden fees which I probably haven’t been aware of?? But the lady I talked to was very nice & helpful in general.

Selena was terrific...Made it easy for me and everything was emailed to me right away...And checked all spelling and flight time correct .Thank you.

Selena was not only friendly and approachable but also worked hard to organise our flights and itinerary . It’s not often you hey someone who really listens and is also flexible - willing to pivot or adjust things to get the best outcome for customers whilst being transparent about what flight centre can offer , and valuing their products
