I would like to pass on my thanks for the work and professionalism of Sharneece at Kalamunda. Her expertise and assistance was greatly appreciated. She made me feel valued and supported, even when I needed to change the date and times of the flights numerous times. It didn't feel like anything was too much for her and she ensured I was not to feel guilty or bad to change something. She was extremely friendly and empathetic and I felt I could trust her decisions and expertise. Thank you Sharneece for everything you did. I look forward to you booking future adventures in the coming years.

We booked a trip to Malaysia with Ebony at Kalamunda. She could not have been more helpful.we never felt rushed at any time even when we changed one hotel .Excellent service.
