Our travel agent ,Hope, made what seemed to be a complex process in organising all the flights , insurance, etc seem very easy, very helpful and had all the answers .

Billie Kogler is exceptional 10/10 travel agent
Just wanted to again say how wonderful that Billie Kogler is at helping with booking holidays. Her knowledge is extensive and nothing is ever too much trouble for her to assist you with. This is the third holiday we have booked through her and we have been delighted to deal with her each time. She is patient, helpful and very easy to talk to. I couldn't recommend her any more highly what an asset to flight centre she is

I was absolutely satisfied with Dona
I was absolutely satisfied with Dona, who organised my flight details and bookings. Everything went well and when it was closer to the time to go overseas, I popped in to their office to confirm and I got freaked out when the first lady I saw about my booking told me there was no booking at all. I went to Dona, Dona said the same at the start until she had checked again, and then she found my booking. My heartbeat hit the roof, I was so worried but then laughed in the end about what had happened with my booking due to my names 🤣🤣. My trip to Samoa was all good. But on my way back home, I stopped lay overs in NZ for 6 hours. I would never want to stop for that long, as we all slept on airport seats in Auckland. Some lay down on the floor like myself, and I never felt comfortable. They should have a big room or somewhere for all the transit passengers to have a rest. Above from those issues, everything was fine. Thanks Dona.

The consultant was extremely helpful
The consultant was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Made recommendations on accommodation, got cheaper airfares by changing dates. All in all a great experience.
