We would like to express our sincere thanks for Jacqui Ellis Travel Consultant from Flight Centre Malvern for her excellent service.
From our initial contact on Monday 06.04.26 when we walked in off the street, Jacqui spent a considerable amount of time matching flights for our mother, who was joining a friend in Europe at short notice.
When our mother had to return home early, due to ill-health, on Friday 08.05.26 Jacqui provided hours of service, including 3+ hours after the store closed, with good humour and dogged persistence.
We absolutely commend Jacqui’s willingness and skill; our mother could not have managed her trip without Jacqui’s support.
What a wonderful employee; we hope that Flight Centre recognise her worth and support her development and growth.

Jamie Plunkett helped me organise my trip to South Africa, and what an amazing job he did!!!
He was helpful, knowledgable, professional and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure the trip was all I hoped for and more, which it was and some.
