I have already given Ellen a review but more than happy to give another as she deserves it! Ellen was exceptionally helpful, was more than happy to help an old lady through the steps of making a booking. She was attentive and very pleasant. Will be happy to deal with any other trips with her. 😍😍😍😍😍 5 smiley faces Ellen!

Can highly recommend Bonnie as a travel agent, we have used her twice now for our international holidays, she is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely go with her for any future travels.

While my agent was nice the price and additional fee killed my chances of flying. I went hoping to get a good deal on a trip to Melbourne and figured a travel agent would be a good option. First it was way more expensive than booking myself online and then they added this captain package instead of asking if I wanted it rising the price more for no reason. Didn't help I was going for a specific date and had a 0% chance of changing the time so the package was just pointless for me and just wasting money. Over-all I doubt I'll use a flight center again.

Poor customer service

Ellen was extremely helpful and accommodating for our specific travel needs. We only use Flight Centre for all our travel needs and feel secure in the knowledge that they are only a phone call away. We highly recommend Flight Centre!

Luke was wonderful in helping us book our first overseas trip. He was knowledgeable and looked for opportunities to help us save money without sacrificing the quality of our travel experience.

I was very impressed by the patience, genuine kindnness ( and i can tell the difference) of a staff member at Marion Flight Centre, yesterday. I am not even 65 and i already encounter patronising people in customer service who talk to me like i am an idiot. Kay Rico was absolutely respectful and kind to me. This is not always the case as we get older and young people roll their eyes and get annoyed. Her warmth really shines through and she is an asset to the store. I hope this feedback gets passed on to the correct store please.

Flight Centre are only interested in money and their profits. They make a Business Class flight booking accidentally and then put all blame on the customer. Avoid Flight Centre Marion at all cost. Worst experience I have had. Customer Service was horrible.
