Thank you to Tina at the Tullamarine Airport branch! I needed an emergency visa to fly to Vietnam, and Tina not only was the only person who was able to help, but she also started about 30 minutes earlier than her rostered shift to help me. Thanks to Tina for going above and beyond, it truly was an amazing example of someone providing exceptional customer service!

Annie at Flight Centre Tullamarine…
Annie at Flight Centre Tullamarine saved my entire trip. I made a huge mistake booking my own flights and not checking visa requirements. Annie went above and beyond to help me get to my destination. She even sat down with me at 8:20 and the store wasn’t scheduled to open until 9. I absolutely cannot thank her enough. What an absolute gem, she deserves a pay rise immediately!

Service for booking
I would like to give credit to Tina Barone for her assistance to book our trip 'On the Go Tour' to Egypt. She kept us well informed and took all the stress off us. I'm travelling with my daughter and was easy going with her too, through emails and over the phone. she helped us right through. She is a great lady to talk and get help from as I see it all the time being a volunteer at the airport and her helping other passengers. Thanks Tina.
